Do I need to do anything to prepare my home for carpet cleaning?​
Not necessarily, but it would be easier for us if all the rooms were cleared up of furniture and items that you preferred moved before we arrive.

Will you move furniture for me?
Depending on what it is we can help assist with some furniture. Keep in mind we are coming to clean your carpets and we aren't furniture movers. Insurance is much different.

How long till carpets dry?
Carpet drying depends on many factors. Such as airflow, water used, condition of carpet, and thickness of carpets. If requested we can dry carpets very quickly but sometimes quick drying carpets can bring up stains out of pads.

What makes Fresh Step Carpet Cleaning different?
We clean your carpets as if there our own. I don't up charge for bringing out the bigger tools or have hidden fees. I use tools most cleaners don't use or upcharge for using at no extra cost because your carpets must get cleaned properly.
